Disney 2019

We went to our favorite place the first week of May as a birthday celebration for Joah turning four and Jude turning six (plus our summer vacation). The trip was originally tentatively going to be a few days away for Stephen and I for our anniversary in March (which needed to change for some different reasons) and then became three days at Disney (which ended up becoming a fourth park day because of a deal that we got). It was our shortest trip to Disney that we've taken but, oh, so full as we tried to make the most of those four park days with as many rides, experiences, character meals (making the most of that dining plan!)etc. as we could pack into each day. We had never been to Disney in the spring so the extra daylight hours were in our favor and with the help of Extra Magic Hours we ended up in Magic Kingdom from 8AM to Midnight (yikes! but it was so worth it and the boys were all about i or we would have turned in earlier! James through it was a dream to ride Space Mountain at midnight as the park was closing). Here is our trip in photos (all mixed together) and probably a few posts too! So much fun and so many memories made. Because of the ages (and heights) of the boys, this was a really easy trip to all be able to do pretty much all of the rides without any switches or waiting! We got back home and needed a vacation from our vacation, but I'm sure will be looking forward to the next time we can go (maybe in a few years and a longer trip to spread the excitement out as we'll be closer to 40 than 30 by then!)
