Summer Highlights #3/Back to School

We played lots of dress up! Jude called it "dressings." :)

FaceTime with Daddy while he was in Haiti!

Splash Pad while Cousins were in town.

And Joah napped at the splash pad

And Jude enjoyed the mud!

mini-golf the week before school started back!

Lots and lots of sickness and stomach bugs and ear infections and respiratory infections...I felt like we had the plagues for a while! Jude even was sent to the hospital twice because he got so dehydrated.

James turned six and a half

We had been borrowing a rug from Nana and Grandpa since we moved in this house and when we got our new one the boys loved laying on it and doing "snow angels" because it was so soft.

A "date" to plan the yearly youth calendar!

Look...no kids! Steel City pops in the van!

Chuck E Cheese the day before school started back! Their choice!

Jo's first pizza.
First Day of School. And second official year homeschooling. James is in 1st and Jude in 3K.

We learned about scrolls in school.

Adventures in Potty Training: This has been quite the challenge and we aren't fully there yet.

Youth Life-Size Board Games:

Back to School Bash for our Homeschool Co-Op

Josh's First Haircut

Football Season!

Itty Bitty Magic City

James started piano lessons in August and loves it! There is a very cool story (that I shared on Instagram) but we were gifted this piano!!

Striving for monthly date nights to happen this year!

James tried out for the children's choir musical and all he wanted was ballerinas to dance while he sang. These sweet girls surprised him with a routine they made up! He got the part of shepherd!
