Stephen and I decided last year when were pregnant with James that we would like to begin our own Christmas traditions as a family after he was born. So, after visiting family the week before Christmas we returned home on Christmas Eve so that James could wake up in his own bed on Christmas Morning. Even though it was different to start a new tradition after 26 years, it was a lot of fun and I'm so glad that we did it. Here are a few pictures of out little guy enjoying Christmas Eve and Christmas morning at our house in NC:
